Developmental Playgroups
These playgroups are designed for parents with young babies who are looking to meet and connect with other local parents while learning more about their babies development. You will leave these classes with multiple activities to integrate into your baby's daily routine. These classes are all taught by a pediatric occupational therapist.
Crawling Bootcamp
In this class you will learn all about the skills needed before your little one will start crawling. You will learn the importance of crawling and how it is the foundation for many future functional skills. This class, taught by a pediatric occupational therapist, is designed to support development of pre-crawling skills through positioning and play. This class is designed for babies who are sitting and rolling but not yet crawling! This class is a drop in class and is $35 per class.
Baby Foundations
In this class you will learn all about Tummy Time. You will learn how to position, encourage, and play with your little one while connecting and socializing with other parents. This class is targeted for newborn to pre-crawlers. This class a drop in class and is $35 per class.
Starting Solids
Playgroup for babies who are getting ready to start solids. This small group will include purposeful play activities, starting solid education, and practice. This class is perfect for babies who are 5.5 months and older who are hoping to learn more about starting solids. Email amckenna@feedingfoundationsOT.com with any interest in this class. This class is $150 for 4 sessions.
